Thanks to the implementation of IBM Cognos TM1 (anciennement Applix), Avaya has succeeded in streamlining the processes for budgeting, forecasting and management reporting to a significant degree.

Around 30 people at Avaya work worldwide with IBM Cognos TM1 for the monthly reporting and forecasting and for the financial planning, budgeting and analysis.
